Initial consolations are free

1. A non refundable $200.00 for design drawings ideas and quotes.

2. Quotes are all different and will breakdown pricing to complete project.

3. A deposit will be required to begin work and a signed contract that we agree upon.

4. We use professional sub trades when necessary and their prices will be included in the quote.

5. Final payment will be required upon completion.
